Pro-MAGA attorney Mike Davis argued President Donald Trump had a “duty” to ignore U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg after he ordered the administration to turn around planes that were being used to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.
Davis reacted to the controversy while appearing Monday on Steve Bannon’s War Room program after ABC News reported that Trump made a “calculated decision to ignore a judge’s directive to turn around two flights.”
“The President apparently didn’t understand the order, or whatever the hell he needs to say to tell this Judge Jeb Boasberg to p–s off, because he is the president of the United States,” Davis opined. “I’m saying that you almost always follow a judge’s order.”
“But when the judge’s order is clearly lawless and a grave danger to our national security, you have a duty as the president of the United States, as the commander-in-chief, to ignore a lawless, dangerous order,” he continued. “This judge thinks that he’s gonna order airplanes to turn around mid-flight over the Gulf of America or wherever the hell these planes were? This judge is out of his mind.”

Davis concluded by calling on Congress to “immediately” impeach Boasberg.
“He’s a radical partisan, and he’s let his Trump derangement endanger the lives of Americans and our allies,” he insisted.
